Senior Executive - Sales & BD (Kolkata, Raipur, Bhubaneshwar)

Candidate with min. 4+ Yrs of experience in Solar; If not, then B2B Sales - Industrial Machinery, DG, Business Software, Corporate Banking or any other relevant B2B. Candidates must have min BTech/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical

Salary: 4-5 Lacs CTC including incentives. Additional performance bonus will also be allowed. Job Responsibilities Include:

A. Sales:

- Identifying and Meeting Prospective Clients in the Region, Following up on all Sales Leads for Projects; Coordinating with the client for all clarifications

- Meeting potential leads; Conducting Site Visits, collecting all information required for making the proposal

- Coordinating with the Design Team for sending proposals

- Coordinating for bank finance for the client with a local bank, financial institution

- Setting up Meetings with the client for senior management to visit

- Meeting Sales Targets

B. Business Development:

- Lead generation of prospective clients in the assigned region from the field through various business development activities

- Meeting industry associations, govt departments, etc to generate leads and interests; Arranging and giving presentations to the members of industry associations and getting them interested

- Meeting banks, regional industrial offices, industry development boards to get lists of large industries in the region

- Meeting selected architects, CA and engineers and other companies who may give leads of prospective clients

- Keeping track of events, conferences in the assigned region and participating in them

- Meeting lead generation targets

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
• Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
• Sales: 4 years (Preferred)
