Job Requirement:

We are currently seeking a Field Sales Executive for our organization. Freshers are also welcome to apply, but it is mandatory for candidates to possess a two-wheeler with a valid license.

Salary Package:

The salary package for the Field Sales Executive position ranges from 13,000 to 15,000.

Job Description:

The responsibilities and requirements for the Field Sales Executive role are as follows:

"Get the sale" using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, etc.)

Forecast sales, develop "out of the box" sales strategies/models, and evaluate their effectiveness

Evaluate customers' skills, needs, and build productive, long-lasting relationships

Meet personal and team sales targets

Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads

Attend meetings, sales events, and training to stay updated on the latest developments

Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data

Maintain and expand the client database within the assigned territory
