Position: Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts
Qualification: CA

Job description


1. Performing accurate and timely day-to-day activities proactively with effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders -.

a. Accounting activities include accounting entries, accruals, maintenance of accounting schedules, reconciliation of accounts & review of GLs with month end closing

b. Business Analysis, management reporting & preparation of financials.

c. Banking and treasury activities include expedition of collection, receipting of realizations, payments, letter of credits applications, preparation of cash flow, bank reconciliation, etc.

d. Internal Controls, Tax & compliance e.g., VAT, RBI, GST, TDS, etc


2. Develop and support Finance Manager in preparation of budget, business plan and operational reporting.

3. Identify areas of risk and highlight risk mitigation approach

4. Exploring process improvement and automation opportunities and initiatives

5. Preparation of statutory audit pack and liaise with Internal & external auditors to ensure successful timely completion of audits with minimal observations.

6. Cater to adhoc requests on any other transactional / administrative / reporting requirements.
