Inviting applications for the role of Analyst/Senior Analyst, T&E Audit – Jaipur/Kolkata

Responsibilities
• Performing T&E expense audit for a global T&E process on industry leading AI-enabled audit applications
• Play a key role in understanding the project requirements for planning, crafting, implementation, and reporting
• Identify and escalate critical incidents with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
• Assisting in creation of key documentation deliverables such as standard operating procedures, desktop procedures, process maps etc.
• Preferred experience of working in international client facing roles.
• Responsible for expense audits and customer request handling within the client prescribed TAT
• Work with the Analytics team to get requisite risk exceptions and identify the true hits to be highlighted to the client management

Preferred Qualifications
• Understanding and knowledge of the Travel and Expense process functionality and capabilities
• Experience of working on expense management system Concur as well as AI-enabled audit platforms such as AppZen / Hang Xin
• Excellent communication skills, both written & Oral.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of basic process/ policy requirements with respect to T&E Good MS Office skills (Excel, Visio, Power point etc.)
• Proactive problem solving, analytical mindset and customer-centric approach
• Fraud detection skills / prior experience (Preferable)
• Knowledge of requirements pertaining to Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption regulations (such as FCPA, UK Bribery Act etc.) (Preferable)
• Knowledge/experience of reporting functionalities and tools such as Power BI, Cognos etc. (Good to have)
