Job Description:

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounting and auditing. Responsibilities:
• Conducting audits and financial reviews in accordance with the relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Analyzing financial statements, identifying discrepancies, and recommending corrective actions
• Assessing internal controls and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
• Providing expert advice on financial matters to clients
• Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and clients
• Conducting risk assessments and developing strategies to mitigate potential risks
• Staying updated with the latest accounting principles, regulations, and industry trends
• Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and accurate completion of assignments
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to enhance client satisfaction and secure future engagements

Qualifications:
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a valid membership from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in auditing and accounting
• Strong knowledge of auditing principles, standards, and procedures
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude towards work
