PJSW SOLUTIONS is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Voice Nonvoice process WFH. This is a work from home position where you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, and resolving customer issues efficiently. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries via email or chat.
Use a computer system to verify and document customer requests and transactions.
Provide customers with accurate product and service information.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Meet and exceed productivity and quality standards.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure productivity and customer satisfaction.
Follow company policies and procedures for customer service excellence.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or call center environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using computer systems and software.
Must have a dedicated work from home environment with a reliable internet connection and a quiet work space.
