DAN ENTERPRISES is a leading manufacturer of samosa dough sheets and other frozen food products with headquarters in Malappuram dist., Kerala.
About the role
In DAN ENTERPRISES, your chief duty is to supervise and manage sales representatives and create, guide and implement company’s marketing initiatives and ensure that they align with the company’s values and resonate with the target audience.
Responsibilities
• Creating marketing strategies to achieve organisational goals
• Implementing marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
• Analyzing marketing data and metrics to refine marketing strategies
• Staying updated with the latest marketing trends
• Analysing sales trends across the industry to develop effective strategies and optimise the current ones
• Implementing the company’s sales policies at the field level and enforcing disciplinary actions
• Perform outstanding & bad debt recovery.
Qualification
• 2-5 year experience in FMCG, Frozen food products
• Bike Smartphone are mandatory
• Extrovert attitude
• Graduation is a plus
• Sound understanding of marketing fundamentals and tactics
• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
• Leadership and project management skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing strategies
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with marketing tools and software
• Ability to travel across sales territories or regions frequently
• Possess leadership and public speaking skills in order to motivate the workforce
