Production Executive | Retail Operation

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor & control operational process to meet the customer demands

• Responsible for entire retail department

• Attend to all customer inquiries in a timely manner and ensure all complains are addressed and resolved

• Communicate customer issues with the operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including solving problems and complaints

• Responsible to coordinate with sales outlets staff and attend to all inquiries in a timely manner

• Monitor and control pickup and delivery process to meet the customer demands

• Assess performance of employees and identify the areas required for improvement to increase employee productivity level

• Forecast & follow-up on staffing, workload & performance result to meet business demand

REQUIREMENTS

• Up to Advance Level education or a diploma in operation / production management

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar capacity (experience in similar industry, laundry / hotel will be added advantage)

• Good communication skills with fluency in English and Sinhala

• Good leadership skills & employee handling ability

• Positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, good inter-personal skills and ability to work towards targets and working long hours when required

• Experience in apparel industry or training or working experience in a commercial washing plant would be an added advantage

• Ability to work long hours when needed and willingness to work on weekends

• Residing close to Colombo is preferred
