Branch Manager - Colombo

Job Role
• Take strategic initiatives to sustain overall growth and development of branch operations that would contribute positively towards the bottom line.
• Actively monitor the Branch performance against set targets and accountabilities, by implementing effective work practices or corrective action.
• Actively promote sales to potential customers by enhancing relationships and customer retention.
• Address training needs of branch staff by providing on the job training, coaching and counseling.
• Collate statistical data and provide regular Management reports on performance and operations.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or general management.
• Should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in executive capacity in Customer Care/Sales or hospitality field.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Sinhala being compulsory and Tamil as an added advantage.
• Sound technical knowledge in handling mobile phones and data devices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
• A flair for Customer Care, Public Relations and strong leadership with the motivational skills.
