HEAD OF INTERNAL AUDITOR - INTERNAL AUDIT MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION
• Perform internal audits as per the Group internal audit plan
• Prepare internal audit reports with constructive recommendations for management actions
• Evaluating the operating effectiveness of the company standard operating procedures
• Conduct follow-up audits to check the implementation of prior audit findings
• Identify and reduce all business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls

Performing consulting and advisory services related to governance, risk management and control as appropriate for the organization
• Perform special investigations as required
• I Evaluate adherence to technology, accounting, and operating control policies, the Corporate Code of Conduct, Information Security Policies and Procedures, best practices, and applicable regulatory requirements
• Ability to develop & implement internal audit plans while performing duties essential to attain internal audit goals
• Ensure complete, accurate and timely audit information is reported to

Management and/or Risk Committees

QUALIFICATION
• Degree in Accounting/Finance and part qualification CA/CIMA/ACCA is an added advantage
• Minimum five years post qualified experience in a similar capacity, preferable in manufacturing sector
• Should be dedicated, hardworking & committed to meet deadlines, demonstrate the
• highest level of integrity and process sound interpersonal & communication skills
• Possess high level of own conceptual, financial, analytical, decision making and project and time management skills
• Ability to work in a computerized environment with knowledge in SAP/ERP systems
• Must possess excellent communication and report writing skills in both Sinhala and English Candidate should be below 40 years of age
