Assistant Manager - Business Transformation
Job responsibilities
• Responsible for mapping all the processes of the Company and looking for areas for possible improvement of the existing processes.
• Analyze the financial/ non-financial reports and other company reports and review the costs in order to identify areas for possible process improvements and cost reduction.

Attribute and Qualifications
• Minimum 1-3 years' experience in a similar capacity
• A bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy/ Management or a related field will be an added advantage
• Full or part qualification in CIMA/CMA or equivalent
• A qualification in Lean Six Sigma (Black belt/Green belt) or any other related will be an added advantage
• Experience in IT projects or industry will be an added advantage
• Possess good presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills in the English language both oral & written
• Age should be below 30 years
