Responsibilities
• Managing Talent acquisition drive of Executive and Non Executive positions in an efficient and effective manner to make sure required staff are provided to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure standard operating Procedure of Talent acquisition process is strictly followed.
• Conducting Induction programme as a part and parcel of Talent acquisition.
• Actively involving the Manpower budgeting and organizational development functions such as issuing Job descriptions and enagage in job designing.
• Preparing Functional Reports for weekly and monthly management reviews.

Qualifications and Skills

Recognized qualification in Human Resource Management from a University or Professional Institute.

A minimum of 3 years experience, preferably in Retail Industry

Be an energetic Individual who aspires to walk an extra mile.
• Positive attitude are essential.
• Very good communication skills in English is must.
• Below 30 Years of age
