Job Description
CUSTOMER SUPPORT ENGINEER
Texus Information Solutions (Pvt) Ltd is part of Texus group of companies and is in the forefront of developing and providing cutting edge PMS solutions to the Hospitality Industry (Hotels) for the past two decades. The company implements and maintains their ERP solutions all over Sri Lanka and overseas on 24/7 basis. Due to the rapid growth of business and customer base, company plans to immediately recruit Customer Support Engineers to sustain its growth pattern. The company operates on hybrid work model.
Duties expected from potential candidates
• Install and Implement the company's products including hardware configurations and setting software parameters.
Working closely with the team leaders and customers in understanding their requirements and ensuring a smooth flow of information and co-ordination.

• Develop a good business relationship with the customers and deliver the requirements Conduct user training while implementation and during regular scheduled visits.
Configure software parameters and screen settings via product screen generator. • Customize and configure reports and management information dashboards. • Provide off site support via phone and using remote access software 24/7. • Troubleshoot and implement Disaster Recovery Plans and procedures.
Minimum Requirement
Diploma in Information Technology.
• Pleasant personality, extremely good interpersonal skills and able to communicate well in English and Sinhala or Tamil.
• Able to reasonably work extra hours (No + to 5 job attitude).
• Able to work out of Colombo and overseas(Food and Accommodation will be provided during this period).
• Basic accounting knowledge and simple inventory management practices.
• Windows Server 2016/2026, Microsoft-SQL and reporting tools.
• Past experience in POS or Inventory Management or Financial module implementation or any experience in Software Implementation/Support will be an added advantage.
• Preferably experience in the Hospitality Industry(Not a must)
