Hubspot Developer

We are looking for a HubSpot Specialist with demonstrable, hands-on experience implementing programs and campaigns using HubSpot’s marketing and sales Hub with minimum 2-3 years of experience.

Eligibility Criteria
• Min Experience: 2-3yrs
• Qualification: B.Tech (CSE/IT) preferred, BCA/MCA/BSC/MSC IT Considerable with min 75% in 10th/12th/Graduation
• Communication Skills: Good understanding in English Reading & Writing expected. Speaking will be a plus
• Location: Fully Onsite Position at our Mohali (Punjab) office.
• Remuneration: No Bar in Salary.
• Working days/time: Mon-Friday (+am to 6pm)

Requirements
• Onboard & implement the HubSpot portal for new clients.
• Create and manage landing pages, forms, workflows, email campaigns, including the template designs (emails & landing pages), calls-to-action etc within the HubSpot platform
• Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc).
• Measure results and optimize lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers
• Conduct regular audits of existing HubSpot websites, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary updates.
• Well versed with all HubSpot modules and capable of utilizing them effectively to build websites.
• An expert at customizing themes using HubSpot coding and styling.
• Good knowledge of HubSpot coding / CMS / Themes and Modules.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in HubSpot reporting, website building, and inbound marketing.
• Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
• Analytical skills suitable to campaign measurement and knowledge of key marketing campaign metrics.
• Experience in estimating timelines for requirements.
• Good hold on Project Management Tools like Asana/Trello/Basecamp/Jira etc.
