Job Description

Fleet Personal Executive
• Responsible for carrying out all pre-joining formalities for crew joining and signing off vessels.
• Communicate with joining crew regarding details for joining vessel, reporting date for pre-joining formalities etc.
• Arranging for pre-joining medicals & issue of safety gear to joining crew.
• Ensuring that all relevant pre joining documents are handed over to joining personnel in time.
• Coordinating with travel team for travel details of crew joining and signing off.
• Ensuring that joining crew are informed of port of joining, agents details at joining port and travel documents are handed over including visas, tickets etc.
• Ensuring that all documents of joining officers and crew are checked, authenticated and uploaded in the software system.
• Completing departure checklist for joining officers and crew & updating company software.
• Maintain vessels schedules of port of call for crew changes.
• Assist superior for all crew document related matters where applicable.
• Ensure cost effectiveness in all crew changes, ticketing and hotel.
