We are Hiring Education Counsellors, Very few lucky people get an opportunity to help unemployed youth of India/student community by helping them to choose the right career ahead.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Contact potential students via phone to establish rapport and convert leads into enrollment.

2. Ensure the daily targets of calling the prospects are met and deliver set targets of sales per week/month.

3. Daily follow-up to all the prospects/leads and closing the leads.

4. Diligently communicating and priming the lead through channels like email, Whatsapp, SMS, calls, etc.

5. Research, identify key students, and generate interest in our offline /online courses and services.

Skill Requirement:

1. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

2. Should be very good at networking.

3. Should possess good convincing skills and can do counselling & telesales.

4. Candidates should have positive attitude, confidence, highly organised and challenging.

5. Ability to perform under pressure, adhere to time-lines and achieve targets.

6. Fluent in English language.

7. Educational Qualification: Graduate from any discipline.

8. Freshers and candidates having experience in customer service, telesales, call center can apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
