TITLE: Manager - Sales & Marketing

The ideal candidate is a self-driven, ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and possesses a passion for business development and customer relationship management.

They should love talking to people and the concept of selling. (Selling is serving) They should have good communication skills.

ABOUT THE JOB

Key responsibilities:
• Working on organic lead generation on social media platforms
• Do market research and come up with ways to identify potential customers
• Making 100 - 120 follow-up sales calls per week
• Making 240 calls per week for pre-workshop participants
• Working on basic report filing and maintaining a database
• Working on email & Whatsapp marketing to clients
• Attending and facilitating weekly workshops
• Prompt replies on call/WhatsApp to clients

The responsibilities fall into these categories:
• Generating Leads
• Follow-up calls/messages
• High ticket closing/ sales
• Analyze the sales data and suggest ways to improve it
• The number of calls can vary
• Content writing skills will be added advantage
• Knowledge of the coaching industry is a plus.

Additional details:
• This is a client-facing role
• For all activities, training with the script will be given. Only candidates who pass the basic test - post-training will be given a job.
• A Training period will be between 14 to 21 working days depending on the candidate's speed of learning
• A Stipend of Rs. 1000 will be given for the training period

SALARY

During Probation:

Duration: 4 months

Rs. 14,000 - 20,000 /month ( plus up to Rs. 10,000 incentive)

After probation:

Rs. 4-6 LPA
