Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Developer/Senior Developers/Lead/Architect to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding and experience of PWA/React/Node.js/NextJS/PWA technologies, and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our systems architecture.

Junior and Senior developers will work closely with our team of developers, designers and product managers to deliver high-quality software products.

The Engineering Lead will be responsible for ensuring that our engineering team is meeting project deadlines, maintaining code quality, and implementing best practices.

The Architect will be responsible for working closely with our engineering teams to ensure that our systems are scalable, reliable, and secure.


Key Responsibilities:(Developer 1-5 years of experience)

Develop web applications using PWA, React, Node.js and NextJS
Write clean and efficient code that is scalable and maintainable
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems
Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality standards are met
Learn new technologies and apply them to projects

Required Skills:

2+ years of experience in web development
Working knowledge of PWA, React, Node.js and NextJS
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL and WebSockets
Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Experience with Git and version control
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Key Responsibilities: (Senior Developer 5-10 years of experience)

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PWA, React, Node.js and NextJS
Write clean and efficient code that is scalable and maintainable
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems
Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality standards are met
Mentor junior developers and help them grow their skills
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Qualifications:

5-10 years of experience in web development
Strong knowledge of PWA, React, Node.js and NextJS
Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL and WebSockets
Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Experience with Git and version control
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Key Responsibilities:(Engineering Lead 10+ Years of experience)

Leading our engineering team
Ensuring that our engineering team is meeting project deadlines
Maintaining code quality and implementing best practices
Participating in the development of our systems architecture
Mentoring and coaching junior developers

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
10+ years of experience as an Engineering Lead
Strong understanding of PWA/React/Node.js/NextJS technologies
Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities:(Architect 10+ years of experience)

Designing, developing, and maintaining our systems architecture
Working closely with our engineering teams to ensure that our systems are scalable, reliable, and secure
Developing and implementing best practices for our systems architecture
Conducting regular code reviews to ensure the quality of our codebase
Mentoring and coaching junior developers

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
10+ years of experience as an Architect
Strong understanding of PWA/React/Node.js/NextJS/PWA technologies
Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure)
