2. 15 years experience, most of it should be in Bull Cooking.
3. Multi-unit culinary operation experience. Should have handled multiple kitchens in the past.
4. Been in the same position for 5 years.
5. Excellent knowledge of regional/local cuisine and ingredients.
6. Good team leader.
7. Comfortable with traveling, and troubleshooting abilities.
8. Would be great if have worked in a similar industry earlier
+. Been custodian of P&L and understand Costing.
10. Comfortable with working on tech tools
