Title: Lead- Talent Partner (Technology)
Location: Remote - India
Role Description:
The Lead, Talent Partner owns Shipbob India Technology Recruiting efforts This position will determine the strategic direction and objectives of the STG recruiting, which in turn supports the ShipBob's growth while simultaneously maintaining its culture and quality standards. It will design and implement recruiting strategies for India which will include monitoring recruitment procedures, from sourcing to hiring, managing a team of recruiters and identifying high-potential candidates.
They will lead the development and implementation of strategic talent acquisition tactics and evaluate the entire recruiting function, strategies, and procedures to find opportunities for improvement. This position will oversee full cycle recruitment in support of Shipbob Technology Group operated out of ShipBob India.
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle identification and recruitment of amazing leadership talent within the organization across multiple disciplines, including Product and Engineering. You will be at the center of delivering an excellent Candidate Experience, Hiring Manager Experience, and Interviewer Experience to ensure ShipBob is growing with the right people in the right positions.
You'll be an integral part of ShipBob's enormous growth and our mission to connect the world by helping e-commerce businesses find success online. You will apply your proven consultative, analytical, communication, and creative problem solving skills to partner with executive leaders to execute talent acquisition strategies and build diverse talent pipelines.

What you'll do:
• Be a strategic talent partner to the Shipbob Engineering & Product Leadership in India
• Communicate with candidates at every step of the recruiting process including articulating the Shipbob mission, core values and culture.
• Coach, mentor, guide the talent partners/specialists in STG talent acquisition team and provide thought leadership in hiring for unique and niche roles. Measure the talent team's performance through metrics such as time to hire, quality of hire, candidate experience score, employee referrals as a source of hire and diversity hiring. Actively contribute to the performance and development of the Talent Acquisition team.
• Act as a brand ambassador when representing Shipbob and job opportunities in the external market place.
• Create dashboards to analyze key talent, TAT, input & output parameters.
• Manage the recruitment life cycle across diverse roles helping the organization to connect, hire, and retain niche talent.
• Partnering closely with business leaders to understand the business strategy and talent needs Collaborating with line managers in evaluating: -Existing and future talent requirements.
• Ensure team is appropriately partnering with candidates, hiring managers and recruiters and upholding exceptional customer service to these stakeholders.
• Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing develop talent pool or social engagements.
What you'll bring to the table:
• 6+ years of experience as a strategic TA partner in a high growth technology environment.
• A proven track record of mentoring and coaching Recruiters of all levels resulting in high performance.
• Deep knowledge of how to optimize an ATS and TA data to ensure decisions are data informed and opportunities for improvement are backed by data.
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle technical recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Well-developed experience in using multiple recruiting strategies, employer branding practices, and sources.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and strategic frame of mind.
