The IT Operations Specialist focuses upon activities that help to identify and manage the changing customer / business / user needs (regarding IT requirements) and ensure customer satisfaction with Vodafone IT products and services in line with the Customer Service Management strategy. Providing technical advice and administration across the IT lifecycle for all end-users. The IT Operations Specialist has a good understanding of established concepts and procedures in IT operations including administration and maintenance of assigned applications, services, systems and solutions, incident management, problem management, change and release management and vendor management, to drive improvements through innovation, best practice techniques, and collaboration. Role & Responsibility
Looking for experienced professional with minimum 5+ years of experience in RAID /WeDO/Mobelium Development.
Location will be Pune
Strong business understanding of Mobile Consumer business with comprehensive understanding of 3G/4G LTE and also experience in understanding Fixed line ,Broadband networks .
Exposure on Revenue assurance tools like Mobileum Raid (Must) or Subex -ROCRA tool.
Worked on complex requirements design& implementation and should be able to perform and maintain existing scripts deployed on Production and provide timely updates on basis of system monitoring and dashboard reports
Scrum and Agile ways of working with strong knowledge on telecom OSS/BSS applications such as switch, mediation, billing, IN, CRM, HLR etc.
Problem solving and result oriented attitude. Design applications with special focus on revenue assurance, security, availability, scalability and maintainability
Hands on knowledge of Designing/ developing various Validations, Flows in Usage control and Platform integrity and capable of finetuning them based on customer's needs.
Creating SQL Queries for data extraction from MySQL, SQL Server and Oracle DB is must, and experience on NoSQL database.
Hands on Knowledge on developing/implementing various Validations, KPIs, Alarms in Usage control, Platform integrity and Customer experience with knowledge & capability in finetuning them based on customer's needs.
Developers should have prior experience in technical implementation on COTS products like RAID and as per the solution envisage all business requirements in the solution.
