Responsibilities:
• Executing and monitoring project plans and project schedules.
• Organizing, attending, participating, and following up on stakeholder meetings.
• Documentation and follow-up on action items and decisions from meetings.
• Track, monitor, and report on project status and team deliverables.
• Ensuring that the projects adhere to the timeline and reporting any roadblocks/red flags to the respective project manager.
• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions to avoid any delays in schedule.
• Help build views and reports for team members, project managers, program managers, and client stakeholders for increased project visibility.
• Follow project management best practices.
• Develop roadmaps and maintain backlogs in cooperation with product, development, and QA teams.
• Help build reusable project timelines and reports.

Skills Required:
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written (mandatory).
• Self-oriented, who can work independently without supervision and accomplishes the assigned duties.
• Basic understanding of popular software development technologies (preferred, though not mandatory).
• Ability to work on tight deadlines.
• Passionate about exploring new opportunities while having attention to details.
• Ability to build strong working relationships (internal/external).
