What You'll Be Doing (i.e., Job Responsibilities)

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications, services, and systems, ensuring that code is efficient, scalable, and maintainable.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to define and implement software requirements and specifications.

Write clean, well-structured, and documented code, adhering to established coding standards and best practices.

Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance, functionality, and stability.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Java programming and software development, and apply this knowledge to enhance existing solutions and develop new ones.

Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and incorporating feedback into your own work.

Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner, ensuring the highest level of quality and client satisfaction.

Support the deployment, integration, and maintenance of applications in various environments, including production, staging, and development.

Assist in the estimation of project timelines, resources, and costs, as needed.

What We Look for in Candidate (i.e., Job Requirements)

Preferably (Not Mandatory) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in Java programming and software development.

In-depth knowledge of Java and related technologies, such as Spring, Hibernate, Java EE, and web services (RESTful and SOAP).

Experience with front-end web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as modern web frameworks like Angular, React is mandatory

Strong understanding of software design principles, including object-oriented programming, design patterns, and architectural best practices.

Proficiency in using development tools, such as IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse, or NetBeans, and version control systems like Git or SVN.

Experience with relational databases, such as MySQL or PostgreSQL, and ORM frameworks, like Hibernate or JPA.

Passion for practicing Software engineering best practices such as Unit Testing, Code Quality, DevSecOps, Usability.

Experience in working with Agile methodology and using tools such as Jira.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
