Job Description

Job Title – Special Educator

Location – Bangalore/Hosur, Tamil Nadu /Solapur/Balrampur (UP)

We are organization where we follow transdisciplinary approach in providing early intervention; All the professionals (Physiotherapist/OT/Speech Therapist/Special educator/ Psychologist) work in tandem to set goals and provide intervention. Candidate should have an open mind and should be adaptable to various break through strategies in the field.
Job Responsibilities
The main responsibility is to provide early intervention to Children with Disabilities and train all the involved stakeholders
Technical responsibilities
Ø Assessment and goal setting of children Formulate IEP/IRP for Children

Ø Plan intervention activities

Ø Provide intervention as per goals of the child

Ø Intervention will be provided both face to face and through our tele rehab platform Ø Organize and conduct parents and other stakeholder training

Ø Participate in research activities taken up by the organization/team
Admin responsibilities
Ø Ensure and attend regular meetings – (stand up, weekly, sprint meeting)

Ø Children data including assessment, daily service entries to be entered in Goonjan (Software) Ø Regular case studies to be completed

Ø Record videos and take photos and upload in the software/drive Ø Should be well versed with near drive and MS office

Ø Ensure near reviews of our services
Other Responsibilities
Ø Network with medical /allied heath /teachers/school management etc. to bring awareness about the Centre and ensure increase of enrolment

Ø Share regularfeedback about child’s assessment and goal setting to doctors/teachers or tothe

person who has referred

Ø Share success case studied in social media

Ø Present research papers in various journal and conference

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per year
