Desired skills and qualification
• Assist with all event coordination, administrative, and support needed to maximize our presence at events. Activities would include securing hotels for participants, ordering carpet/electric/booth furnishings, coordinating transport of both to/from show site etc.

· Work closely with our Marketing VP to ensure that all communication with event staff, venue’s, and our attending people are in synch.
• to Work closely with Finance team and Marketing VP to ensure all payments for events are accurate and up to date for services.
• Ensure all attendee lists of contact information are shared with our Marketing organization so we can go leverage this for participation and booth traffic
