Job Description:
• Experience 5 to 10 years of work experience in cloud databases (Aurora PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL Server) technologies.
• Capacity planning, designing, and implementation of enterprise solutions using Cloud Database Technology.
• 3+ years of experience with PostgreSQL database administration Experience.
• Strong in Oracle, PostgreSQL, MS SQL, MySQL Architecture, and day to day Monitoring.
• Experience forecasting database trends & identifying bottlenecks Database upgrades, Database patches & maintenance.
• Implement and maintain alerts on PostgreSQL Servers.
• Golden Gate replication.
• Work experience in Unix Shell scripting, Virtualization & Automation.
• Design, maintain and ensure high availability solutions including replication, clustering etc
• Provide proactive and reactive data management support to ensure database security, integrity, stability and system availability.
• User Administration skills. Experience with High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for PostgreSQL and SQL Server.
• Experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO), YAML scripting. Ansible and snowflake knowledge will be added advantage.
• Manage all regular DBA Tasks and activities.
• Flexibility work in shifts for 24x7 support
• Person should have good client-facing skills
