Job Overview:

Experience of 12-13 years in Machine Maintenance related activities

· Education - B.E. (Mechanical)

· Can lead team of both Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance

· Have hands on experience in managing maintenance activities of Conventional Grinding, Peeling machines, CNC machines, Heat treatment furnaces, Shot peening machine , Lab equipment like Spectrometer Microscope etc preferably related to Spring manufacturing

· Good know how on Facility management like ETP, DG set, Power supply system, Cooling tower, Heat exchanger, Cranes and hoists etc

· Trained on ISO +000, IATF 16+4+ and ISO 14000 standards

· Can develop and maintain sound maintenance systems for Breakdown maintenance , Preventive maintenance and Predictive maintenance and ensure their execution

· MTTR and MTBF improvements; Sound knowledge on automations, PLC systems

· Good leader and Team worker; Analytic and Problem solvers in a structured and practical way

· Can develop team competency by providing / arranging technical trainings
