We are seeking a talented and versatile Content Writer & Copywriter to join our creative team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to craft compelling content across various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand voice and engaging our audience through captivating storytelling. We are looking for a candidate who is creative, innovative and able to easily adapt to rapid changes in consumer preferences.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of producing pieces that increase engagement and drive leads. This position requires a high level of creativity, as well as the ability to use data-driven insights to write better material. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a collaborative environment and using data to make marketing decisions. We are focused on providing a best-in-class customer experience, and you will have a significant role in helping us achieve that goal. Preference will be given to those with a strong writing portfolio, bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience.

● Create content marketing campaigns to drive leads and subscribers.

● Use SEO best practices to generate traffic to our site.

● Regularly produce various content types, including email, social media posts, blogs and white papers.

● Actively manage and promote our blog, and pitch articles to relevant third-party platforms.

● Analyze content marketing metrics and makes changes as needed.

● Write high-engagement social media content that reflects our brand’s voice.

● Collaborate with Marketing, PR and Customer Experience to develop a variety of content marketing materials.

● Produce error-free content that adheres to the company’s style guidelines.

● Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts.

● Propose copy concepts and present underlying strategic thinking to business leaders.

● Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism or a related field.

● At least three years of experience writing for a B2B audience.

● Demonstrated success in managing a business social media presence

● Experience in producing copy for digital, print and broadcast channels

● Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Communicator and Outlook

● Exceptional skill with the nuances of social media writing, including the use of hashtags, emojis and acronyms

● Solid understanding of SEO concepts preferred

● Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing and web analytics.

● Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.

● Experience using WordPress, Weebly, and/or Joomla Is preferred.
