Job Profile:

Position would be responsible for
• Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
• maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
• Assistant with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts
• Assist with performance management procedures.
• Handling payroll & time office, employee engagement/ welfare/ training activates, MIS etc...
• 40% HR, 30% legal statutory Compliances, 20% Admin , 10% Recruitment Roll.
