Job Description
As an Administration Supervisor, will have a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient administrative operations. By effectively managing a team, overseeing processes, and maintaining compliance and contribute to the company's success and support its mission of delivering safe and effective pharmaceutical products to patients.
• Administrative Operations Management: Oversee and coordinate various administrative activities, such as office management, facilities maintenance, record keeping inventory control, procurement, and vendor management.
• Delegate tasks appropriately, set clear expectations, and ensure the team's adherence to quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements specific to the pharmaceutical industry.
• Continuously evaluate existing administrative processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, records, and reports related to administrative activities.
Characteristics of a Good Candidate
• Industry Knowledge: An ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including its regulations, quality standards, and best practices.
• Strong Leadership Skills: As an Administration Supervisor, the candidate will be responsible for managing a team of administrative staff.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail are critical in the pharmaceutical industry, where accuracy and adherence to regulations are of utmost importance.
• Adaptability and Resilience.
• Ethical Conduct.
• Bachelor's / Post graduate degree in business administration, Management, or a related field with minimum 3 to 5 years of experience. Relevant certifications or additional qualifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations, such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Health and Safety guidelines, and other relevant industry standards
