We are one of the largest Chartered Accountants Firm rendering comprehensive professional services in area of Audit & Assurance, Risk Advisory, Taxation, Merger, Acquisition and Business Restructuring, Management Services and Valuation.

We are looking for qualified Chartered Accountant having 3-10 years of experience for following roles:

Conducting statutory audits: Candidate shall be responsible for conducting statutory audits of listed and unlisted companies in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations. This involves examining financial records, verifying financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and relevant laws.

Conducting internal audits: Candidate shall be responsible for conducting internal audits of various companies’ operations to identify areas where risks are not being managed effectively. This includes evaluating internal controls, reviewing financial records, and making recommendations for improvement.

Conducting tax audits: Candidate shall also be responsible for conducting tax audits to ensure that the organization is complying with tax laws and regulations.

Providing assurance services: Candidate shall provide assurance services to clients by evaluating their financial statements, internal controls, and other aspects of their operations to provide an independent assessment of their performance and risk management.

Providing advisory services: Candidate shall also provide advisory services to clients, including advice on mergers and acquisitions, financial planning, and risk management.

Managing client relationships: Candidate shall be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring that client needs are met. This includes preparing reports, communicating with clients, and managing project timelines and budgets.

Candidates must possess a CA qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and have relevant work experience in audit and assurance services. Chartered Accountants in Audit must also stay up to date with changes in relevant laws and regulations and maintain ethical standards while performing their job duties. Candidates having practical exposure to IndAS shall be preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also important for this role, as it involves managing client relationships.

Salary: ₹1,250,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
