We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individuals to join our trade marketing team. As a Marketing resource, you will assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive business growth and enhance brand awareness. You will work closely with senior team members to support various marketing activities.

Experience: - 6 months to 2 years

Work Location: - Whitefield, Bengaluru (work from office)

Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge Required

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA (Marketing) Preferred.

· Knowledge of consumer market & behaviour.

· Knowledge of branding and brand design.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.

· Good time-management skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

· Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and events.

Main Accountabilities include:

To play a key role in achieving company’s offline footprints and category growth through developing & implementing ATL and BTL strategies within brands guidelines as well as customers' & shoppers' expectations.
Maximize off take on company brands through developing best in class Point of Sale Material (POSM) with Marketing team & Sales Team.
Collaborate with our Marketing and Creative teams to ensure the branding/voice of all our assets are cohesive with other channels and initiatives.
Responsibilities

Planning & execution

Planning & execution of Trade marketing promotions/programs for entire brand portfolio across channels/region:

- Build calendar for each activity on the basis of building blocks.

- Execute as per plan by proper communication down the line to Trade Marketing team and Sales team(Director/RBM)

- Tracking and monitoring of the same through proper tracking mechanism

- Planning and execution of occasion/festival/event-based promos/programs

- Planning and execution of loyalty programs for Trade partners and aligning them to business goals.

New business development - expansion/activation:

- Planning execution of Portfolio Model stores

- Assist manager in execution of new outlet/town opening plan

Visibility:

- Plan/implement merchandising/visibility progress

- POSM sourcing & execution

- Vendor management

Cost and process compliance:

- Budgeting for TM spends across all brands/channels/regions

- Prepare cogent data analysis of effectiveness of money spent

Product Launch Support

- Plan in coordination with Marketing and Sales the support for all new launches.

- Develop sales presenters & road shows for partners' sales teams whenever needed .

- Conduct periodically trade visit to assess new launches implantation in key markets.

- Assess launch success & prepare closing report for major launches.

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
