Handle walk-in customers & understand their needs
• Sale of the products, up selling & cross-selling of products/services
• Maintain sales targets
• Greeting customers and taking orders
• Assisting customers with queries and providing solutions
• Possessing excellent product knowledge
• Assists in management of day-to-day operations by ordering food and supplies, and updating product inventory
• Maintaining store cleanliness
• Maintaining store equipment as per company standards on a day-to-day basis.
• Following health and safety compliance's that are laid down by the company.
