Job Title: IT Executive (Part-Time)

Location: Thane

Salary: ₹6,000-₹8,000 per month

Job Description: We are seeking an IT Executive for a part-time position in Thane. As an IT Executive, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our organization. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of operating systems and basic networking concepts.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems on desktops and laptops.
Ensure the smooth operation of computer systems, including printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
Assist in managing the organization's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Perform routine maintenance and updates on software applications and operating systems.
Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of data backup and recovery processes.
Monitor system performance and respond to incidents in a timely manner.
Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.
Keep abreast of the latest technological advancements in the IT industry.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an IT Executive or similar role is preferred.
Proficient in operating systems, such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Familiarity with basic networking concepts, including TCP/IP, LAN, and WAN.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
Flexible availability to work part-time hours.
