Cendrol aims to offer an end to services for home construction owners from finding a property, to design, constructing, and interior design and execution by collaborating with the best real estate and design companies all with the help of the Cendrol technology platform.

Technical Roles and Responsibilities: -

1. Understand the needs of customers in terms of procurement needs and budgets; and guide them to get the best and the most effective solution.

2. Understand technical and commercial aspects of each procurement requirement to get the best vendor, within SLA.

3. Empanel vendors for the supply of products and services required by customers.

4. Understand the market for various needs and negotiate to get the most cost-effective solution for the organization.

5. Negotiate payment terms according to company standards.

6. Analyze vendor invoices to optimize the budget and realization of cost.

7. Ensure invoices raised are timely and in accordance with purchase orders.

8. Ensure SLA compliance in PR/PO release to vendors.

+. Ensure SLA compliance in payment release to vendors.

10. Ensure that policies and processes for purchasing, contract management, etc., are defined and adhered to.

11. Ensure processes linking procurement and finance activities are defined.

12. Documentation on budget review.

13. Regular MIS reporting.

14. Collect quotations from the market, raising comparative and negotiation rates accordingly.

15. Track orders and ensure timely delivery.

Leadership Roles and Responsibilities: -

1. Resolve vendor/contractor grievances and claims against suppliers

2. Set performance objectives for the team, aligned to organizational goals and appraise against these objectives.

3. Coach and mentor team members.

4. Ability to advocate fairly for your organization's best interests

5. Resolving conflicts

6. Create strategies to ensure that cost-cutting and supplier performance goals are met - or exceed.
