Tele Caller Executive

As a telecaller for customer care, your primary role would be to communicate with customers over the phone and assist them with their queries, concerns or complaints.
Some of the key responsibilities of a telecaller for customer care include:
• Receiving and making calls: You will be required to receive and make calls to customers, and provide them with relevant information related to their queries.
• Resolving customer queries: You will need to listen to customer concerns patiently, understand their problem and provide them with an appropriate solution.
• Record keeping: You will be required to maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, including their queries and complaints.
• Handling customer complaints: You should be able to handle irate customers calmly, and try to resolve their complaints effectively.
• Follow up: You should follow up with customers after a query has been resolved, to ensure that they are satisfied with the service provided.
• Handling multiple calls: You should be able to handle multiple calls simultaneously, while maintaining the quality of customer service.
• Communication skills: You should have excellent communication skills, including the ability to speak clearly, listen actively, and express ideas concisely.
• Technical skills: You should be proficient in using the necessary software and tools to maintain records, and handle customer interactions.
• Overall, as a telecaller for customer care, your main goal should be to provide excellent customer service, and ensure that customers have a positive experience with your organization.
