Graphic Designer

We are seeking a contract Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You will design a variety of materials all while adhering to our employer value proposition and brand standards. This includes presentations and educational materials, print and digital advertising, social media campaigns, event signage and flyers, website visuals and video content. Reporting to the Manager of Brand and Creative Services, you will work on a variety of short-term and long-term projects with our marketing team and vendor partners.

The ideal candidate is a proactive individual, who is able to process, react to and solve problems as they arise on tight deadlines in a team environment. The candidate should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Role and Responsibilities

● Study designs briefs and determine requirements
● Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
● Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
● Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
● Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic
● Work with copywriters to produce final design
● Test graphics across various media
● Amend designs after feedback
● Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
● Work on Digital marketing as well Skills Required • Proven graphic designing experience • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop) • A keen eye for aesthetics and details • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines • Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus Key Skills CorelDraw, Photoshop, Video Editing, Web Design, Good in communication Required Experience and Qualifications Min Experience: 0-3 years Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory) Communication: Good in English Timings: +:30am to 7:00 pm
