Roles and Responsibilities:
• Preparation and Review of Board Presentation for Quarterly/Year to End financial results. Meesho Jobs
• Preparation of Capex presentation in detail and compare with approved budget and review thoroughly to keep a track and to monitor the same
• Finalization of Earning presentation with investor relation agency and guiding them for the content
• Preparation and analysis of annual projections of next 10 years and preparation of division wise Balance Sheet, cash flow and ratio analysis of the company
• Preparation and evaluation of Financial Model for new projects, calculation of payback period, Internal rate of return
• Handling of various Business strategies and Merger & acquisition activities and analysis of various business valuations technique
• Finalization and analysis of division wise detailed Budgeted Finance Cost
• Coordination and review with agency for Corporate presentations of the company
• Finalization and co-ordination with agency for content and flow of Annual Report of the company
• CMA report (Credit Monitoring Arrangement)- preparation of CMA report
• Consortium Presentation of company on Quarterly basis for Lenders
• Preparation of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) for Investor conference call , Review of Transcript of Investor meetings between Management and Investor community
• Preparation of various MIS like Monthly Sales MIS, Weekly shareholding pattern, estimated financial numbers and other MIS.

Qualifications
• A minimum of 1 years experience as an Environment / Props artist in game development
• Great understanding of next-gen (PBR) asset creation workflows
• A keen eye for composition, shape, color, and detail
• Very good skills in Blender, Maya, 3DS Max, Zbrush, and Photoshop
• Solid hard surface and organic low-poly modeling skills
• Being able to create modular/reusable environment assets
• Strong texture creating/painting skills on softwares like Substance Designer/Painter
• Being able to adapt realistic sci-fi art style
• Ability to manage environments from creating layouts to the detailed and finished product
• Ability to manage your own time and work within deadlines
• Great communication skills and being a team player
