Executive-IT Admin

Location:
Pashamylaram-Plant, Hyderabad

Experience:
3-5 Years

Responsibilities:
To diagnose computer problems, monitor performance, perform tests on computer equipment and programs, install software, schedule maintenance, and teach clients to use programs Good knowledge about backup & restoration mechanism and exposure to any data backup software application Managing IT Service desk including SLA reports Hands-on with installing Windows 10 desktop OS, Windows Server OS, Databases with Upgrades & patch updates Understanding of basics of different types of networks with various active & passive components Knowledge & Exposure on installing & managing various end point security solutions like Mac

Afee, Symantec etc. Knowledge of various types Cloud & exposure on any cloud-based application use like O365 etc.

Coordinating with central IT for various issue resolution Knowledge on ISO 27001:2013 standards of ISMS will be an advantage Knowledge of DLP & Information Rights management will be an advantage Knowledge of 21 Part CFR 11 compliance in Pharma industry will be an advantage.
