Job Description
Duties & responsibilities:
Responsible for HR function (Recruitment, Compensation, training & Induction, PMS, Employee engagement, separation, pay roll processing, salary slips, time office functions etc.)
Reviewing and developing relevant ATPL Policies and Procedures and providing help in relation to employee performance, conduct and Time office management.
Documentation towards legal compliances & legal compliances (PF, ESIC, PT etc.)
Maintaining all HR records for Employees for audit purpose.
Assisting with preparations for disciplinary and grievance hearings as necessary
Support Corporate HR towards OD & OB
Plan, Coordinate and administer training and development programs and liaise with external training agencies as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
