Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue.

· Identify potential customers and generate leads through market research, networking, and other sales and marketing techniques.

· Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers, providing product information, addressing inquiries, and resolving customer concerns.

· Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our fabric products.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media promotions, and advertising materials.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for product enhancement and market positioning.

· Gather feedback from customers and relay it to the product development team for continuous improvement.

· Coordinate with internal teams, such as production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

· Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, and present them to the management team.

· Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company and promote our products.

Requirements:

· Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the fabric or textile industry.

· Strong understanding of fabric products, including different types, qualities, and applications.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

· Result-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and platforms.

· Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to close sales deals effectively.

· Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.

· Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales and marketing tools.

· Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events as required.
