Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Backend Engineers to join our dynamic team at Dynapt. As a Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining backend systems, ensuring high-performance and scalability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test software solutions that meet business requirements. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS, with additional proficiency in Python, NodeJS, and AWS for the role of Backend Data Engineer.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze system requirements.
Develop efficient and scalable code that adheres to industry standards and best practices.
Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software deliverables.
Implement and maintain data integration processes and data pipelines.
Optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends related to backend development.
Key Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 5plus years of experience as a Backend Engineer, with a focus on Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS.
Strong knowledge of Python, NodeJS, and AWS for the role of Backend Data Engineer.
Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
Proficiency in database technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.

Implement efficient data storage and retrieval mechanisms using the selected technologies.
Optimize backend systems for high performance and scalability.
Develop and maintain effective data integration and data processing pipelines.
Ensure the security and integrity of backend systems and data.
Collaborate with front-end developers to design and implement seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.
Stay updated with advancements in backend technologies and propose innovative solutions for system enhancements.
Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and mentoring of junior team members.
