Human Resources Intern

Whizoid Studio is seeking a talented and motivated HR Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced professionals and gain practical knowledge and skills in the field of human resources. This internship will provide valuable insights into the HR operations of a fast-paced web development studio.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and recognition programs.
• Assist in HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing HR-related documents.
• Support HR initiatives and projects, such as performance management, training and development, and policy implementation.

Requirements:
• Minimum HR MBA background or relevant field of study.
• Solid understanding of HR roles, responsibilities, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
