Position Summary
• Responsible for Mechanical assembly
• He is responsible for Production of machines as per plan with good quality.

Main Responsibilities
• Ensure tasks are executed in the most effective manner in- regards to time, cost, and

function.
• Show top notch craftsmanship in all aspects of job.
• Give direction to team leader and technician.
• Should be a good team leader and need to handle a team of 30 to 40 people.

• Strive for ongoing self-improvement through additional training.
• Produce high quality parts with low rejection rate.
• Be a team player and contributor in shop.
• Show mutual respect for coworkers.
• Improve the work culture in the assembly shop and build a good relationship with CFT.
• Improve productivity in the assembly line.

Critical Skills And Personal Attributes
• Hands on experience in machine building or assembly area
• SAP Knowledge and skill
• Hands on experience in machine setting testing, and commissioning.
• Good communication skills to deal with European counterparts
• Self-motivated

Education, Experience And Languages
• Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical/Production Engineering with 8 to 12 years

relevant experience.
• Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering with 8 to 15 years relevant

Experience
• Marathi [Mandatory], Hindi, & English.
