Shift - Australia Shift

Experience - Minimum 6month of Experience in International Voice Process/BPO

Process - Voice Process (Aus care and Aus Upgrade)

Working Days - 5 days Working, 2 days Off with Rotational Shifts

Working Location : Spectrum Towers, Ground floor, A wing, Mindspace, Chincholi Bunder Road, Malad West Mumbai

Skills Required

-Minimum 6 month of BPO Experience

-HSC and Graduation freshers Can apply

- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

- Good communication skills, both oral and written

- Ability to multitask

- Must have excellent time management skills

- Must have the ability to work independently as well as in partnership with team

Job Responsibility

Solving Customer Queries on call related to phone bill and network related issues

Salary

1+k-3+k Inhand Salary+Incentives (30% hike on last Inhand Salary)
