Job Description: Patient Relationship Lead

AyurVAID, in its 18th year of operations, is in the process of rapid scale-up and looking for a young and energetic individual to work in the Patient Relationship team at our Bangalore location. The selected candidate will be part of the team pursuing a blue ocean opportunity to scale AyurVAID, in a hitherto untapped market of organised play in Ayurveda sector.

We are a data and process driven organisation- a leader in precision Ayurveda and pioneer in integrative medicine. Approved by leading health insurance companies and CGHS, AyurVAID is committed to delivering authentic Ayurveda care for root cause disease reversal and sustained wellbeing at a whole person level. We operate 7 hospitals today across Bangalore, Kochi, Gurugram, and Almora of which 3 are NABH accredited and 1 is JCI accredited. 3 of our hospitals are located within India's top 10 quaternary care hospitals. AyurVAID is the first and only national quality award winner from the Ayurveda sector to date. AyurVAID has recently become an integral member of the Apollo Hospitals Group, Asia's preeminent, integrated healthcare leader.

Currently, we are looking for smart, young individuals to work in Hospitals Operations function, as Patient Relationship Lead. The person will be responsible for ensuring Patient Satisfaction and closure for therapies for all patients visiting our centre

Key Responsibilities

· Interaction with patients coming for consultation at our Hospitals – to explain our procedure, any queries on the process, outcomes etc., in conjunction with doctors

· Post consultation, work with patients in taking therapies with AyurVAID – counselling, financial discussions, follow-up and closure

· Explore opportunities to bring in new patients, in collaboration with our partner – Medanta: EHCs, Camps and other programs

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree, MBA/ Masters preferred

· 3-4 years' experience in Patient Counselling and closure

· Patient empathy and ability to convince patients to continue with AyurVAID service

· Financial acumen to work out possible opportunities with patients

Location: Bangalore

Role: Full time

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
