Responsibilities and Duties

Identify sources/lead generation for mortgage loan.
All executives must have all kinds of sources: Chartered Accountants, Architects, Builders, Contractors, corporate employers.
Will follow the leads given by the Company initially. ( lead management system)
Daily Reporting
An ability to build up professional relationships, a spirit of co-operation, and a flexible approach to work
Responsible for processing/ documentations of Loans & other financial services.
Ensure meeting Business targets in stipulated time.
Client Relationship Management.Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Exceptional communication skills and high comfort-ability talking with important clients
Candidates Must be sound in Sales Background eg-> Home Loan, LAP, Mortgage Loan,SME loan.
Candidates Must have min 2-5 years of relevant experience in the sales background.
Exposure to sales through bank DSA channel preferred, or Experience of working in a DSA (Direct Selling Agent) of a bank/NBFC .
Graduate and masters can also apply experience is compulsory

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
