We are currently looking for jobs for the retail store in Kadhar Navas Khan road, Chennai.

The candidates are expected to do at least a small basic research on the products sold and the company before attending the interview.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Manage the end-to-end logistics operations for our e-commerce business, including
coordinating appointments with marketplace partners, managing and overseeing deliveries, and arranging transport of materials from vendors to our warehouse or marketplace partners
Optimize logistics processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers
Develop and maintain strong relationships with transport partners and vendors to ensure reliable and cost-effective transportation of goods
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and maintain accurate records of all deliveries
Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track the performance of logistics operations and identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless logistics operations and an outstanding customer experience
Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to streamline and automate logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency For Exports, the End-to-End preparation of export documentation, processing the shipment & submitting the documents with the bank
