Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in an HR role, or freshers with a strong passion for HR and a desire to learn and grow.
Basic knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus but not required.
