Job Role : MIS Executive - Sales

Location - Surat

CTC - Max. 3 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible for managing and managing the Department information systems to support business operations and decision-making

· Preparing presentations, Graphs and analytical reports.

· Handle/Assist Sale force team, their daily base queries & Complaints

· Maintaining MIS Data & Reports of Sales force team

· Preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly Report

· Preparing Presentations Graphical & Analytical Reports.

· Handling Various Reports With Advanced Formulas

· Maintain Daily Attendance & Claim Report Of Sales Team

· Generate and analyze reports to provide insights for decision-making processes.

· Develop and maintain standardized reporting templates and dashboards.

· Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and provide actionable recommendations.

· Collaborate with different departments to understand their information needs and develop solutions accordingly.

· Foster effective cross-functional relationships to ensure the successful implementation and usage of information systems.

Key Skill;

Advance Excel

Pivot Table, Chart, Xlookup, Vlookup, Hlookup, Macros, Conditional Formatting, data

Good communication skills. Working on MIS with large data.

Preparing reports and should be able to handle data extraction.
